How to relieve stress:

  1. Do not always depend on others.
  2. Never had suspicion that other people will insult or you talk about.
  3. Do not always remember the mistakes of the past, feelings of guilt and regrets that in can be difficult, because the drain all thoughts and energy.
  4. Do not keep the anger and frustration, express and discuss with another person responsible for occurrence of this them.
  5. Spend time every day, start a new activity.
  6. Do not become an aggressive driver. Succumb "speed demon". Start the vehicle with the attitude down.
  7. Do keep a sense of envy and jealousy, envy takes energy.
